XIII) deve la sua provenienza all&#8217;antica Jaroslavl&#8217;, una delle citt\u00e0 centrali della Rus&#8217; di Vladimir Suzdal&#8217;. Sul petto di Maria nel cerchio d&#8217;oro luccicante \u00e8 raffigurata l&#8217;immagine del salvatore Emmanuele. L&#8217;imponente figura della Madonna di Oranta (in preghiera) incarnava l&#8217;atto di rivolgersi a Dio affinch\u00e9 proteggesse\u00a0 il genere umano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partire dal XIII secolo, l&#8217;indebolimento dei rapporti russo-bizantini, si rafforzano i giusti locali. Nei monumenti di Novgorod la composizione si semplifica, nella maniera di\u00a0esecuzione prevale sempre la nitidezza grafica\u00a0e la colorazione brillante, con una netta preferenza per il cinabrese, spesso usato per lo sfondo (Il Profeta Ilia, met\u00e0 del XV sec). Vengono create opere che hanno per soggetto avvenimenti della storia locale. Ad\u00a0esempio quello dell&#8217;icona &#8216;<em>Miracolo dall&#8217;icona &#8216;Madonna del Presaggio&#8217;<\/em> (Battaglia degli abitanti di Novgorod\u00a0e di Suzdal&#8217;) (met\u00e0 del XV
